Registration
A US Lacrosse Youth Membership is required for participation in all MGLC programs. The annual fee is $35 and the website for USA Lacrosse is https://www.usalacrosse.com/membership. You will be asked for your membership number as part of the registration process.
New for the 2024 season, registration includes an option to immediately waive the registration fee. The fee waiver is intended for families receiving public assistance such as the National School Lunch Program or families otherwise in financial distress. Learn more about Financial Aid
